Nanan Caroni Bird Sanctuary Tours Ltd, one of the oldest Tour Companies in Trinidad and Tobago, was started in the early 1930’s with its signature tour the Caroni Bird Sanctuary Tour. The sanctuary was renamed the Winston Nanan Caroni Bird Sanctuary (June 2015) in recognition of Winston’s life’s work for the development and promotion of the Caroni Swamp as a national and international tourist attraction.
